By creating an account or using Navoxo in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Navoxo.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service, regardless of location.

Navoxo is an AI Direction Engine. Users describe a goal, decision, or confusion, and Navoxo generates a personalised roadmap, decision analysis, and daily action recommendations using artificial intelligence.

Navoxo is a planning and clarity tool. It is not a substitute for professional advice in financial, legal, medical, psychological, or career counselling matters. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions with significant personal, financial, or legal consequences.

You must be at least 16 years old to create a Navoxo account. This age requirement applies consistently across these Terms and our Privacy Policy. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

Navoxo offers a Free plan and paid Pro plans (monthly and annual). By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Billing cycle: Monthly plans renew every 30 days; annual plans renew every 12 months.
• Cancellation: You may cancel anytime from your account settings. You retain access until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: We do not provide partial refunds for unused time, except where required by law.
• Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect on your plan.
• Regional pricing: Prices may vary by region (for example, India pricing) and are displayed in your local currency at checkout where supported.

You agree not to use Navoxo to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or system prompts.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service without our written permission.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Navoxo’s outputs as a competing commercial product.
• Overwhelm or attempt to disrupt our infrastructure (rate-limit abuse, denial-of-service attempts).
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

You retain full ownership of the goals, decisions, and personal information you submit to Navoxo (“Your Content”). You also own the roadmaps, decision analyses, and outputs Navoxo generates specifically for you.

By submitting Your Content, you grant Navoxo a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not use your individual Clarity Session content to train AI models without your explicit, separate consent, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Navoxo’s roadmaps, decision recommendations, and likelihood estimates are generated by artificial intelligence based on the information you provide. While we design Navoxo to be genuinely useful, AI-generated guidance can be incomplete, generic in edge cases, or occasionally incorrect.

• Likelihood estimates are informed approximations, not guarantees.
• You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on Navoxo’s output.
• Navoxo does not replace professional financial, legal, medical, or mental health advice.

The Navoxo name, logo, design system, underlying software, and AI prompt architecture are the exclusive property of Navoxo and protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use Navoxo’s trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the service in a way that harms other users or Navoxo’s infrastructure.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Provisions relating to ownership, disclaimers, governing law, and limitation of liability survive termination.

Navoxo is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will meet your expectations or produce a particular outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navoxo and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on AI-generated guidance. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Navoxo is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where mandatory local consumer protection law grants you additional rights as a resident of your country, those rights remain unaffected.

We encourage resolving disputes informally first — contact us at [email protected] and we commit to a good-faith response within 14 days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 60 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by local law, rather than as part of any class or representative action. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court as an alternative to arbitration where eligible.

Navoxo is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disaster, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, third-party infrastructure outages (including our hosting, database, or AI processing providers), or government action.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through an in-product notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Navoxo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. In the event of any direct conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy specifically regarding data handling, the Privacy Policy controls.
